Viridian Biltmore Villa with Pool

Having a great location just 2 minutes from the Hwy 51 freeway, this unit was very clean and relatively spacious, with great amenities for a visitor (free wifi, kitchen, clothes washer/dryer, shower-tub, and a tv--i didn't have time to watch it, but assume it has lots of channels, streaming, etc) The host Vince was quite positive, informative, and also receptive to a few suggestions i made for improving the value of this property, e.g., more storage space in the bedroom (a chest of drawers would do this nicely). On this visit to Phoenix Metro i ate more meals than usual while traveling, and so it was nice to have a very well-equipped kitchen and full-size refrigerator and other appliances, with good daytime and nighttime lighting. Note that the designated parking space for this unit is about 50 meters to the south, under the covered car-port. The digital lockbox entry is through a back-door along the rear lane leading south to the parking area. The unit also has a front door entry through a nice courtyard, if you (or a visitor) want to park in front and enter this way.
